RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by COSM VAULT INC. are made to order, crafted specifically for each customer once the purchase is confirmed. As a result, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for these orders.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, once this window has passed, we are unable to process changes or cancellations due to the custom nature of our production process.

3. Damaged Items

Although we take every care in production and packaging, items may occasionally become damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email support@cosmvault.com (or your preferred customer service email) within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

  • Include images in JPEG or PNG format for evaluation. COSM VAULT INC. may choose to repair or replace the damaged item, at our discretion.

  • The damage review process may take up to 30 business days to complete.

  • Should a replacement be approved, delivery timing will depend on production schedules, availability, and shipping logistics. In some cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
